A high quality Brut Nature cava which is dry and smooth.
It’s made from the three classic cava grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada.
The Perelada cava goes through a second fermentation in the bottle in accordance with the méthode traditionelle and is then aged for 15 months in the cellar.
It is clean and bright with a pale yellow colour and greenish nuances. Its generous perlage of fine bubbles forms a perfect crown. It has a clean aroma, with hints of fruity and a slight ageing tone.
A high quality cava of unique character, dry and smooth on the palate, it is complex in the mouth and has a good tasting balance.
A great wine to pair with Vegetables, Seafood, White fish, Aperitif, and White meats!
