Known as the king of olives to connoisseurs, the black Aragón is distinctive, sweet and truly delicious.
They are soft with a persistent flavour, but aren’t as sharp or bitter as other olives and they possess a sweetness which makes them agreeable to everybody. The perfect party olive!
The black Aragón olive is quite small in stature and contains less juice than other olives (Aragón olives aren’t commonly used to make oil) but make a fantastic table olive and is superb in salads, sauces and on pizza!
