Chorizo Picante Extra Riojana PGI
A superb spicy Chorizo from the Sierras Riojanas, the mountain areas of the fabulous Rioja region.
The chorizo is made from lean pork which is minced and seasoned with paprika, spices, garlic and salt then slowly air-cured.
It is spicy and full-flavoured with a nice hint of smoke. Sliced thinly, Chorizo Riojana is a classic for tapas or starters and brilliant too in sandwiches, salads, pasta sauces and on pizza. Add it to other sauces too for a lovely, distinctive Spanish flavour!

Chorizo Picante Extra Riojana PGI
