WHAT’S IN THE BOX
Arborio Rice from Vercelli (1000g) – The most famous variety of Italian rice. Perfect for creamy risottos and its large rounded grain that keeps its shape well during cooking and provides a more al dente taste and texture.
Napoletana Pasta Sauce (370g) – Ripe Puglian tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, onions from Basilicata with carrots and basil are cooked very slowly so all their flavours and aromas are blended and balanced.
Capellini Angel Hair Pasta (500g) known as Angel Hair pasta, it is a very thin pasta with long strands, like a thin spaghetti.
Chopped Tomatoes from Puglia (500g) – Just like home-made! The finest Italian tomatoes are picked at exactly the right moment of ripeness, oozing with natural freshness and taste, they are washed, peeled and chopped within hours of picking. Perfect as a base to all your favourite tomato sauces.
Soft Amaretti from Tuscany (200g) – Delicious soft almond Amaretti made from traditional centuries old recipe. A lovely snack at any time of the day.
Almond cantuccini (100g) – Delicious, traditional almond Cantuccini biscuits by the Belli family Biscottificio in Prato, Tuscany, the home of Cantuccini!
Mini-Panettone Cake (90g) – A wonderful, traditional Mini Panettone cake.
