Hot Spanish Pimenton peppers are dried slowly over wood fires and then finely stoneground at ambient temperature, to keep all the natural flavours intact.

This aromatic paprika adds an elegant sweet-smoky flavour and warmth to literally thousands of dishes. Its vivid, brilliant red also lends a fantastic dash of colour.
