SUGGESTIONS – HOW TO USE
For use on pasta, heat the pesto for a couple of minutes, add the pasta, a couple of tablespoons of cooking water and a drizzle of extravirgin olive oil. Use with the classic pesto pasta shapes – trofie, spaghetti or linguini. It will go perfectly with other ingredients as a base sauce for the pasta. Try it with spicy salami, pancetta or speck Spread it on toast or rustic bread as a tasty appetiser. Delicious as a base for sandwiches, panini and even burgers, hotdogs and kebabs.
