This is the real stuff! Tuscan-style pancetta is perfect for pasta dishes like Carbonara but adds a lovely flavour to 100s of sauces and fried dishes soffriti.
The pancetta is first rubbed with spices (mainly black pepper) then rolled to absorb all the flavours, strictly adhering to traditional Tuscan recipes, then experty cured. The rind is then removed. You won’t find better than this.
