Perfect spread on crusty bread or bruschetta and in pasta dishes and risotto. Lovely on a potato salad or as a filling for baked potatoes! Just add a drizzle of olive oil and grated pecorino!

Named after the mythical island of Ferdinandea (Graham Island) off the southern coast of Sicily. The volcanic island appeared in 1831, was claimed by 4 nations before disappearing under the Mediterranean. It is now appearing once again.
