HOW TO USE – SUGGESTIONS
Spread it over bruschetta, crostini, toast, fresh bread or focaccia for a classic antipasto. Lovely as a dip on its own (extend with a little EVOO). It is a perfect addition to salads – try it with tuna salad! Spread over (or rub into) meats and fish before cooking to heighten flavours or use it as a sneaky side dish for all kinds of main courses and vegetables. Adds interest to other dips. Wonderful on baked potatoes. Makes a great, refined base spread for sandwiches. TIPS Best served at room temperature, so take out of fridge an hour before serving. Can be extended with a good EVOO.
