HOW TO USE – SUGGESTIONS
Perfect on their own as part of a platter of starters They are ideal for topping sandwiches, tossing into salads or soups or finishing off braised meats. Very tasty on bruschetta, focaccia, crostini or as a sandwich filler. Try them with roasts, especially game. Superb with Porchetta. Equally good with meaty fish, especially tuna and swordfish. Try it as an appetiser, over pasta or on toast with melted soft cheese, e.g. fresh pecorino or brie. Perfect for fried chicken, chicken wings, scrambled eggs, jacket potatoes, cheese on toast, burgers, hot dogs, practically anything savoury on a sandwich! TIP These onions are delicate enough to go with practically any wine. STORAGE Long life product. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 1 month. |
