About the Producer:

Ponti’s story is one of 9 generations that began in 1787, when the family first encountered vinegar in the Novara countryside, near Modena. Despite its international success, the company retains its family character and its deep bond with the territory. Ponti’s attention to product quality has led to the creation of a meticulous and accurate manufacturing process, obtaining excellent results in terms of product quality.
