Our Capocollo is produced by artisan expert, Mr Gelli in his workshop near Siena, Tuscany and is one of his signature products. It is lean, tender and full flavoured and will stand out on any meat platter.

Also available in ready sliced packs.

Pork meat, Salt, Sucrose, Dextrose, Spices, Flavourings.

Preservatives: E250, E252.

Not edible casing.
