The Fiasconaro’s history is marked by a timeline that higlights the milestones of an entrepreneurial challenge that has now become a successful reality in over 60 countries around the world. Retracing the main stages of its history, the company dedicates to its 70th Anniversary the reinterpretation of the first Panettone born from the Pastry Art of the Maestro Nicola Fiasconaro, the so called “Mannetto”.

Ingredients

Soft wheat flour, butter, almond glaze (10%) (egg white from fresh eggs from free-range hens, sugar, rice flour, almond flour, modified starch, hazelnut paste, flavorings), sugar, eggs fresh from free-range hens, candied apricots (9%) (apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid), “Cioccolato di Modica PGI” (8%) (cocoa mass, sugar. Cocoa : 50% min), yolk from fresh eggs from free-range hens, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), granulated sugar (3%), hazelnut paste, Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, hazelnut leaves ( 2%), apricot granules (1%) (fruit (apricot puree (30%), apple puree), sugar, fructose syrup, rice flour, cocoa butter, gelling agents: pectin, acidifiers: citric acid , natural flavors), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, “Marsala DOP wine”, skim milk ato powder, salt, natural vanilla flavor. It may contain traces of other nuts, soy and lupine.
