The oil is produced from the wonderful Coratina and Ogliarola varieties which are cultivated under strictly controlled organic farming menthods. The freshly harvested olives are cold pressed in an ancient mill still using stone presses.
The result is a quality organic oil with a lovely fresh fruit taste with a hint of spice, a light piquant aftertaste and a delicate fragrance. Perfect for salads, vegetables and to add to sauces and meat dishes.
