This is a single estate, organic extra virgin olive oil produced by Giuseppe Giordano on his farm near Messina in north Sicily. It is a blend of classic fruity Sicilian olives, the Santagatese, Leccino and Cerasuolo. They produce a full-bodied flavour with hints of spice and freshly cut grass with a nice pepper finish.
Ideal for drizzling on grilled meats and vegetables, soups, broths and risottos. That’s what Giuseppe says. We actually also love it on salads, raw veg, shellfish and with aged cheeses!
