The latest addition to the outstanding Fiasconaro Panettone range is causing quite a stir.This amazing and unique Panettone is studded with candied Sicilian Apricots and pearls of aromatic Modica chocolate (original chocolate from the ancient Aztec recipe) then finished with a delicious crunchy glaze and sprinkled with Hazelnuts. The award-winning Fiasconaro bakery is one of only a handful of artisan Italian bakers who still use a live mother dough (50 years old) and a slow leavening process, each cake taking an incredible 46 hours to bake.
