PASTA DISH TWO: Rustica tagliatelle alla Bolognese –  Arguably the best known of all Italian pasta dishes, although in the UK spaghetti tends to be used more. This is the traditional pairing from Bologna and it is a match made in heaven! 500g egg pasta 180g jar.

PASTA DISH THREE: Conchiglioni Pasta from Naples with Organic Puttanesca Sauce – A great shape pasta for holding onto this organic sauce, 500g pasta and a tasty 300g puttanesca sauce!

PASTA DISH FOUR: Fusilli Bucati from Naples paired with Sunshine Arrabbiata Sauce A high quality fusilli pasta from Naples. Fusilli bucati are traditionally from the Campania region of Italy and look like small ‘coils’ or springs of pasta perfect with all sauce types! 500g pasta and 300g sauce.

PASTA DISH FIVE: Linguini with Tuscan Ragu – A high quality pasta from Naples with award winning Tuscan ragu from the Caccia e Corte range, a little bit of this goes a long way! 500g pasta and 180g ragu
