Hot Sicilian chilli peppers are dried very slowly and gently to produce a high-quality concentrate.

It is perfect for seasoning absolutely anything that you’d like to make a little more piccante, from sauces to sandwiches.

For those who really like it hot, use this chilli paste on its own as a spread on bread (crostini) or bruschetta. Excellent as a base for sandwiches.
