It is prepared by the maestro himself, 85 year old Signor Gelli at his workshop near Siena in Tuscany.
The Tuscan salami is the Mr Gelli’s signature product. It is tender, aromatic and full of flavour. Wonderful as a starter on any occasion. Try it with fresh bread, mixed grilled vegetables in oil and pickles with a glass of Italian Red and bring a real piece of Tuscany into your home!

Outstanding old-school style Salami. We’ve often tried salami in Italy and find it difficult to get something in the UK similar. It all seems hard and over-salted. This one is really excellent. Just like being in Tuscany!
