Cannelloni is one of the classic pasta shapes used mainly for baking and goes superbly well with many kinds of sauces.
Try it stuffed with Spinach and Ricotto before baking with fresh tomatoes and lots of Parmesan. Alternatively, why not try baking with tuna, lemon juice and watercress?
Cannelloni is wonderful combined with fresh garlic, chilli, basil and extra virgin olive oil topped with buffalo mozarella.
No need to pre-boil, just put straight into the oven. Ready in only 20 – 25 minutes!
