| SUGGESTIONS – HOW TO USE
For use with pasta, heat the pesto for a couple of minutes, add the pasta, a couple of tablespoons of cooking water and a drizzle of extravirgin olive oil. Use with the classic pesto pasta shapes – trofie, spaghetti or linguini. Courgette and Pitacchio pesto goes perfectly with other ingredients as a base sauce for the pasta. Try it with prawns or speck and rocket. Also try it on toast or rustic bread as a stand-out appetiser. Delicious as a spread or use it to make tasty Panini with chicken, ham or salad. It makes a splendid side complement to white meats and fish. INGREDIENTS 70% Courgette, 30% Pistachio, Sunflower Oil. STORAGE Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 10 days. |
