SUGGESTIONS – HOW TO USE
For use with pasta, heat the pesto for a couple of minutes, add the pasta, a couple of tablespoons of cooking water and a drizzle of extravirgin olive oil. Use with the classic pesto pasta shapes – trofie, spaghetti or linguini. Courgette and Pitacchio pesto goes perfectly with other ingredients as a base sauce for the pasta.
