They are made by the Fiasconaro brothers in Sicily, for generations a family owned artisan bakery. The 3 brothers who run the bakery now still rigorously uphold the local artisan traditions of their father and grandfather. Slowfood at its best – each cake taking nearly 4 days to bake!
This chocolate Colomba cake contains only the finest ingredients. Pure 60% cocoa chocolate diamonds are embedded in a soft, fragrant centre which is covered by a sumptuous crunchy icing.

Ingredients
Soft wheat flour, butter, almonds icing (12%) (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water , yeast), Granulated sugar (3%), hazelnut paste (2%), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk power, salt, natural flavouring.
May contain traces of other nuts soy, lupin and mustard. Store in a cool and dry place.
