Semi-Curado Aged PDO (2-3mths) Manchego Cheese 150g – This is a wonderful Semi-Curado (semi-aged) Manchego PDO cheese which is aged from 2 to 3 months. As a young manchego, it has a fresher yet nicely developed taste with a creamy and moist texture and a hint of sweetness and piquant after taste.

Ready Sliced Tuscan Salami – Salame Toscano 120g – Tuscan-style Salame Toscano is tender, aromatic and full of flavour. Wonderful as a starter on any occasion. Try it with fresh bread, mixed grilled vegetables in oil and pickles with a glass of Italian Red

Sliced Chorizo Ibérico Extra 100g – The exclusive Chorizo Iberico Extra from classic black Ibérico pigs. A fabulous ready sliced Chorizo! The quality lean pork is seasoned with paprika, garlic and herbs and left to slowly air-cure for 4 months.

Pheasant pate with Vernaccia wine from San Gimignano 135g – Patè di Fagiano alla “Vernaccia di San Gimignano” features quality ingredients and a high percentage of pheasant, extra virgin olive oil and one of the finest wines of the area (and beyond) the Vernaccia di San Gimignano.

Mixed Peppers from Sicily 290g – A delicious and healthy Sicilian starter or side complement featuring the most tender and sweet peppers from Sicily.

Extra Dry Prosecco Spumante Superiore – Borgo Grotta 75cl – A wonderful extra-brut Prosecco Spumante Superiore White Wine with low sugar content. It combines the splendid Glera (Prosecco) and Chardonnay grapes from these central vineyards and traditional expert processing give it a characteristic sparkle with a low sugar content.
