The pasta cooks very quickly and maintains its structure and flavour perfectly.
Use this rustic-look pasta as any other long, ribbon pasta like tagliatelle. Delicious with all types of ragu and rich tomato and cream based sauces. It is superb with our Caccia e Corte range of sauces and excellent with mushroom sauces.
