WHAT’S IN THE HAMPER

Organic Wine Vinegar (250ml) – A superb organic wine vinegar from La Mancha.

Fideuà Noodles (500g) – Fideuà are hollow noodles used to make the equivalent of seafood paella but with pasta instead of rice.

Bomba Rice (1kg) – Bomba rice from Valencia is one of the great ingredients in Mediterranean cuisine.

Hot Paprika Pimenton de La Vera Picante PDO (160g) – Traditional hot (picante) smoked Paprika from the La Vera region of Spain. Pimentón de La Vera has been granted PDO status.

Quince Paste (170g) –  Dulce de Membrillo is a lovely, fruity compote.

Spanish sweet paprika, Pimentón de La Vera PDO Dulce (160g) – One of the finest ingredients to keep in the larder!

Spanish white beans (580ml) – traditional Alubias Blancas, , cooked to perfection and ready to use from the jar!

Saffron Filaments from Spain (1.5g) – Pure, intensely flavoured saffron filaments. Just a few filaments will give a wonderful, intense burst of flavour, aroma and colour.

Delicious Pate de Jabugo (80g) – Pork, Liver and Bacon pate from Iberia. All natural ingredients with no added preservatives.

Pons Arbeqina Extra Virgin Olive Oil (250ml) – The Pons family has been growing olives on their estate in Catalonia since 1945. Today the olives are still crushed by traditional stone mills and then processed within 12 hours of picking.
