Speck is a type of cured, lightly smoked ham. It’s typically made in the South Tyrol area of the Dolomites.

This cured speck is made from carefully selected pork which is seasoned with a blend of sea salt, aromatic herbs and spices, then cured and aged for 10 months, allowing the flavours to develop and intensify.

The result is a delicate balance of smokiness, sweetness, and savoury notes. It is tender with a subtle hint of spice – delicious!
