A secret blend of Tuscan herbs and spices are slowly massaged into the ham leg to ensure the flavour reaches all the parts evenly. The fat is a brilliant white, thin and compact. The meat melts in your mouth and is sweet, delicate and balanced flavour.

High in protein, low in fat and has limited salt content.

This roast ham is very easy to digest and contains less salt than its prosciutto crudo cousin. It is also  rich in iron, zinc and mineral salts.

Delicious on its on with a platter of other cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, pickles etc.
