It is produced from classic Jerez grapes Palamino and Pablo Ximenez (PX). Aromatic with lovely fresh flavours with hints of coffee and liquorice.
It has so many uses, it’s definitely worth having one to hand in the cupboard. Its balanced sweetness and acidity is perfect for sweet and sour dishes, as a marinade base, for dips, or to use on salads meat and fish.
