This is the mezzo (half elbow) version which is slightly smaller than normal gomiti pasta and very versatile. Try mezzi gomiti with cream, spek and peas or broccoli and prosciutto. Creamy veg and cured meats sauces go superbly well, not to mention practically all cheese-based sauces.
