Ideal for many dishes including jambalaya, paella, spicy pasta dishes or for an antipasti platter. Fantastic on pizza too. This is a lovely salame in classic horseshoe shape. Plenty for everyone.
NB this is an artisan cured meat made by hand and weights may differ slightly. Excellent Price/Quality item.

So nice and spicy! Exactly as the description says, the chilli spice slowly builds and is not overwhelming but a lovely edge. Really easy to use on pizza, omelettes, pasta sauce or nice sandwich! Not small, but won’t last long!
