This superb example of an extra-dry Prosecco DOCG Superiore is produced exclusively from the finest vineyards along the Rive di Colbertaldo in the heart of the famous Conegliano/Valdobbiadene DOCG area. It has finished top of its class in numerous competitions in Italy.
The Prosecco grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15 – 18°C. Following the Charmat method, the second fermentation in pressurised stainless steel vats produces the lovely persistent bubbles and then it is bottled at -4°C.
It makes a wonderful aperitivo and great all round party wine. Does justice to any occasion.
