Green Tagliatelle 500g

Part of the quality Granoro Nidi (bird’s nests) range of classic pastas. Our green tagliatelle gets its colour by the addition of fresh Spinach to premium durum wheat flour and looks great when served.

It follows special artisan production to get a rough texture which clings to the sauce. Easy and quick to cook (just 5 minutes), it goes perfectly with rich tomato or cream sauces, both fish and meat. Try it with speck or bresaola, or salmon with cream. Green tagliatelle is also a favourite with vegetarians and is excellent with mixed vegetable sauces.
